I have the same error for two days now.

I do not know which is the actual reason for this error.

It appears this was caused by a bug in the last Chrome Web Store release,
but should be fixed now. Can you try uploading your CRX again?

I'm getting the same issue now, on Google Chrome 63.0.3239.132

It appears this was caused by a bug in the last Chrome Web Store release,
